Central Database for Patient’s Medical History
Introduction:
The Idea is
about creating a Medical history database for Patients all round the world,
where any doctor anywhere in the world can check online the Medical history of
a person from his birth.
Important Point:

Database
should be maintained by an international body like W.H.O. So that doctors don’t
need to surf multiple websites for details.
Introduction to working:
1 1)
Every person
should be allotted a unique ID at the time of birth after registration from
W.H.O etc.
2 2)
Details must
be updated by the centers.
3 3)
The details
consisting of date & details of all vaccine, surgeries, treatments of
patient throughout life.
4 4)
It should
contain the electronic form of medical tests like ECG, Xray etc.
Benefits:

It will help
doctor to get the complete information about patients.

Patients do
not need to take medical certificates, papers with him.
3 3)
It will help
in survey & observing effect of medicines on patient.
4 4)
It will also
help a doctor in getting the suggestions from previous reports generated by
doctors about the patient.
I am still working on the
Idea, & developing a Minor software project about the system.
